FREEDOM...

I ASKED THE LORD TO FREE ME
AND I LIVED IN HATRED,
I ASKED THE LORD TO FREE ME
AND ALL I FELT WAS CONTEMPT,
AND THEN MY LORD SAID TO ME ,
I NEVER DID YOUR WINGS TIE,
BUT TO FREE YOURSELF IN THIS LIFE ,
TO BREAK ALL TIES,
GIVE UP HATRED, GIVE UP CONTEMPT
FOR THE LIFE YOU HAVE DREAMED,
ALL YOU NEED IN THIS VERY INSTANCE
IS TO PRACTISE FORGIVENESS AND LIVE WITH ACCEPTANCE
THAT TRULY MY CHILD IS THE RULE OF MY KINDOM
AND THE KEY TO YOUR FREEDOM..

Well something i realised today .... in the midst of the cacophony in my head regarding an estranged friend... it just came to me... and i chose to forgive....also to accept the situation ...and voila...it was magic :)
